Summary: The house is nice and organized. The floor plan is spacious and the appliances in the kitchen are new. The grill outside is new and worked great. The air conditioners in both the upstairs and the main level work great. The house is in a good spot on the lake close to grocery stores and restaurants. Our boys love to be pulled in the tube and we didn't have to go far on the lake to find great areas for that. The boat dock is in good shape. Just FYI, there are several stairs leading up to both the front and back doors so be prepared for that! There is an elevator available for use but I did not inquire about it. It was locked when we arrived so we just used the stairs. The laundry room is on the lower level in the garage area which is only accessible by going outside and down the stairs if you do not use the elevator. The owner/host of the property is very polite and responded quickly and answered any questions I had. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lake house.
